There is street parking along 2nd Street or in the parking lot off of Maysville Parkway behind Gatherings
Gatherings will put up tables and chairs before your arrival. Typical arrangement includes six 72" round tables and 48 chairs
Additionally, a bar/serving area with storage and a 4x4 wood table will be set up for food, drinks, gifts, etc.
An extra 4 ft and 6 ft folding table and additional chairs are also available if needed for a fee
Preparation facilities include a microwave, small refrigerator, stainless steel table and shelves

You may use the venue as is or decorate yourself. You can also ask about our party planning/decoration services
Decorations with live flame, such as lit candles on tables, countertops or sparklers are not permitted due to fire code safety
Candles on cakes are permitted
To affix decorations to the wall, only painter’s tape is permitted
Tacks, staples, nails, tape, putty, command strips, etc. that will damage the walls are not permitted
Linens and extra tables can be brought into the space by the renter
The renter is responsible for all clean-up of the facility.
Responsibilities include picking up, bagging, and putting all trash generated by all activity in any way connected with its use of the facility in the proper receptacle, leaving the facility clean and free of all trash and litter, as well as cleaning off the tables, chairs, countertops, etc. and removing all items personally brought in by the renter or guests.
The venue must be left in same condition after the event as the same clean condition in which it was found upon arrival.
Clean-up supplies are provided. ie: broom and dust pan, sanitizing wipes, trash bags paper towels, multipurpose cleaning spray, spray mop, dish towels, and dish soap.
