Pricing

HOURLY RENTAL:

• Saturday or Sunday + Holidays

$75 per hour -(minimum of 3 hours)            

• Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays)

 $60 per hour

*A non-refundable rental deposit equal to 25% of rental fee (which goes towards your total rental fee) is due at time of booking.

*The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the rental date.

*If the event is within thirty (30) days prior to the rental, the entire rental amount is due within 48 hours of booking.

*All bookings on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays require at least a 3-hour minimum rental.

*Any additional time you need for setup, decorating, and take down or clean-up must be included in your reservation time, so if you wish to arrive earlier or stay later than your actual event time, you will need to reserve that time.

HALF-DAY or DAILY RENTAL:

• Saturday or Sunday

Half Day Rental (12) Hours - $500

*The fee for a half-day EVENT rental is $500.00 for a 12 hour period.

• Saturday or Sunday

 All Day Rental (24) Hours - $750

*The fee for an all-day EVENT rental is $750.00 for a 24 hour period.

*A non-refundable rental deposit of $100.00 (which goes towards the rental fee) is due at the time of booking.

*The balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date.

*If the event is within thirty (30) days prior to the rental, the entire rental amount is due within 48 hours of booking.
